Before discussing the conclusion-good effects or bad affects..I think we need to discuss about the Korean worker's behavior.
We can even see on the TV that employees come to their job and spend much morning drinking coffee or reading the newspapers.. And some get out of the building at the exact time..
Of course this is not the behavior of all the workers..I hope only some and I;m sure many other workers are hard working..
But sometimes when I see or here this, I sometimes worry that if these kind of people also asks for the 5-day work week, the efficency will even go down..
This will probably give more harm to the company and also the employees..
I hope the 5-day work week's benefit can go to the exact person-who works really hard..
Maybe I'm saying these things to easilly..
