The reason why I chose this one is that we aren't really aware much of the potential dangers all around us. I hope this article will help you get yourself more alert about the disasters that might happen sooner or later.
The article says that what's really important to cope with disasters is to learn beforehand about the actions we can take, but the learning doesn't necessarily mean hard training or long-term academic courses. It can be just some lines of warning in a plane about the case, or Watch out! sign on the road. So being aware of the alarming situation in advance is important and another thing the reporter points out is 'PRACTICE' because in real emergency, people literally don't think. They get overwhelmed by the situation so what can take us out of the calamity is the habit that will guide us out of there.

1. Have you ever experienced disasters and what about 'Stupor'?
The severity of the event doesn't matter if you felt some insecurity about safety of yourself.

2. Suppose that you are now in the very situation of real danger that can take away your life,
for example you are in the second building on the day of 9/11 and
you just witnessed the first buiding collapse and turn into ashes.
What would be the first response to the unbeileavable nitghmare?
And what would you do to save yourself?
3. Suppose that you instictively came to find that you will die in the disaster in a moment.
Who comes to your mind with the thought that your life is going to end?
What would you do to reach them for the last time?
What do you feel and what do you say to them regarding that
that would be the last words that you can give to them?
4. We have some frequent and possible disasters that are most likely to happen to us.

The best, yet the most basic, thing for you to do to increase your odds of surviving is to fasten your seat belt before driving. That simply having your seat belt on has saved many lives is a not uncommon fact.
