Hello, I am PaullyWolly~
I decided to post topics easy enough for everyone to debate about.

Episode 1.
I was walking down the street, and suddenly, my friend comes running my way.
He gave me a drum stick that was "half-broken.", and just ran away.
By a mistake, I broke the stick that was already half broken.
A person comes out of the street and spots me.
He says, "How come you have my drum stick?"
I say that I was given it by my friend.
The guy looks at the drum stick, and says,
"You broke my stick! You should pay for it!"
Question 1. Who is it to blame for breaking the stick?
Question 2. Who should pay for the broken stick?

1. You and your friend are both to blame.
Although your friend broke it first, you broke it too, so it does not matter that much about who broke it first.
2. Half-and-half would be the solution for the problem.
Since the responsibility is weighed on both of you, nobody should give more money.
