2. Have you ever listened to music of Rain or TVXQ ? How was your feel?
I like jazz and I always listen jazz, but yesterday (I know it's late XD) I heard about the song Rainism, and I listened to it and it was fine. The intro was like that of Bille Jean by the king of pop, Micheal Jackson. I was surprised by the words sopken in the song, but everything other than that was fine.

3. There is a problem of subjective standards about judgment of harmful material for youths.
    What kind of effort is needed for clear and fair judgment?

I don't get why adults get to judge the musics for youths. They don't even listen to it, and I doubt that a music would contribute to such actions refered to as the "bad boy actions." The adults who judge music should know this. What makes music is not only the rythm or the beat, it's also the lyric that makes a great music, thus, the judgers must be more careful about banning musics.

4. Freedom of expression is fundamental to democracy. 
   Also expression through music is meaningful in that way. It can be limited?

It should not be limited, singers are people, too. They have the right to speak and write freely.
