You can find the original debate and adjudication texts in Austin J. Freeley(1981, pp. 341~391). And you can also see the information of other adjudications in 이민섭(2018, pp. 96~97). The searching words are 취업, 보장, 기회, 실업, 정부, 노동. The topic of this debate is "Resolved: That the federal government should implement a program which guarantees employment opportunities for all United States citizens in the labor force." A few key issues of this topic are; 1st, why federal government, not other parties guarantee the employment opportunities? 2nd, why employment opportunities should be guaranteed rather than simply given? 3rd, will be government program effective or ineffective?
